Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra may come in 16GB RAM + 512GB storage.option as well. The Ultra model is reported to feature a penta-lens setup with a 108-megapixel main camera, and two telephoto lenses. Samsung is also expected to introduce a new SmartTag and Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro at the event.
